These Terms of Service govern your use of the freight calculation tools, inquiry portals, and shipping coordination services provided by GO GO AUTOMATIC COMPANY LIMITED (FBAbridge).
1. Scope of Quotations
Rate calculations generated by online tools or preliminary responses represent non-binding estimates based on provided dimensions. Formal freight contracts require verification of packing lists, product classifications, declared customs values, and official carrier space confirmations.
2. Amazon Compliance & Trademarks
"Amazon", "Amazon FBA", and related fulfillment center marks are trademarks of Amazon.com, Inc. or its affiliates. FBAbridge is an independent third-party freight forwarding and prep service provider. While we strictly follow Amazon prep and labeling specifications, shippers remain responsible for maintaining their seller accounts in good standing and providing compliant product listings.
3. Carrier Liability & Insurance
Air and ocean shipments are subject to standard international carrier liability conventions (Warsaw/Montreal Convention for air freight, Hague-Visby Rules for ocean cargo). Shippers are encouraged to arrange all-risk cargo transit insurance for high-value consignments.
