How is Amazon FBA Chargeable Weight calculated?
Air freight uses a 1:6000 volumetric ratio (Length cm × Width cm × Height cm ÷ 6000), billed on whichever is higher between actual gross weight and volumetric weight. Ocean LCL is billed by CBM (cubic meters), with a density threshold typically around 1 CBM : 300-500 kg.
